You always have the option to come in for a single visit to Maxtivity, but there is also an opportunity to sign up for a whole month, recurring months, or even commit to being a pARTicipant from 6 months to a year! Thanks to funding from the generous support of our donors and granting organizations, Maxtivity is able to offer a limited number of reduced-cost pARTicipant packages to qualifying individuals and families living within a 30-mile radius of Maxtivity, 1604 Main St in Philomath.
